| Description | Rift Valley Fever (RVF) is a viral disease characterized abortion and high mortality rates of newborn animals. Young animals are mostly affected, suffering fever, weakness, gastro-intestinal disease and sudden death. RVF is a zoonotic disease, causing non-fatal flu-like symptoms and liver disease in humans. |
